I decided to try to gather all this in 30 events organized to play together with homemade beers or from worldwide microbreweries.
I will host my friends, gourmet enthusiasts, and I will prepare for the evening a dish of raw food and, together, we will chose its ideal partner.
We will not judge beer in itself, nor the dish, but the matching, the pleasantness of the union or the game of the contrast.
Rough and raw is an invitation for the readers to make culinary experiments, especially matchings according their own taste.
